Since September 2026, Alpenest s.r.o. has been FSC® certified and can offer its customers FSC-certified wood products within the scope of its production.

For us, this is more than just another certification. It represents a concrete step in the continued development of Alpenest and our response to the growing market demand for responsible sourcing, traceability and responsible forest management.

FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) certification ensures the traceability of materials throughout the chain of custody and enables products meeting FSC requirements to be clearly identified.

FSC® certification in our production

Alpenest’s certification covers several product categories that are at the core of our business:

• sawn timber and semi-finished wood products;
• finished and dimensioned lumber;
• finger-jointed wood;
• glued laminated timber (GLULAM).

Alpenest can therefore produce and supply, in accordance with the requirements of our certification and subject to the availability of suitable raw materials, FSC Mix products for our customers and their projects.

Quality, traceability and responsibility

FSC® certification complements Alpenest’s long-standing experience in industrial wood processing and further expands our offering to customers requiring certified materials for their production, projects or specific procurement requirements.
